For the strengthening of our staff, we are looking for:
Visual Merchandiser
The candidate will be based in Milan and will be part of the Global Store Planning & Visual Merchandising Department.
Main activities and Responsibilities :
Support the Seasonal Visual Merchandising Guidelines creation liaising with other VM departments (creative & production);
Manage the relation with wholesale and retail markets or selected areas to tailor Corporate Guidelines to local needs;
Ensure correct implementation of Windows Calendars and product rotation aligned to merchandising delivery schedules;
Train local Visual Merchandiser teams on Santoni visual standards through feedback mechanism and coaching activity;
Conduct worldwide market visits to assess local practices, establish VM standards, and foster a strong Visual Merchandising culture across cross-functional levels, with a particular focus on wholesale channels.
Key Requirements & Competencies
Strong sense of personal style and ability to translate luxury trends into compelling in-store product presentations;
At least 3 years of experience in Retail Visual Merchandising and/or sales;
Excellent organizational skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset;
Self-motivated, capable of working independently while achieving objectives;
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, coaching, and feedback abilities;
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered as a plus;
Availability to travel internationally (50% of the time);
Use adobe package (photoshop, illustrator and indesign);
Use of Autocad and 3d modeling and rendering software is considered a plus.
