Role Description:
The Inside Sales Engineer for Turbo will be responsible for supporting existing distributors and OEMs seeking out new opportunities for Turbo products.
The successful candidate must have a strong technical background to coordinate industrial filtration projects with our current OEM and the ability to develop sales activities with distributors.
The Inside Sales Engineer will be working together with the existing sales department and other offices like technical department and procurement and be sales responsible for a specific International geographic area.
Individual Accountabilities:
* Sales Responsible for his/her sales area. Monitoring sales trend, analysing Customer needs and developing cross selling activities.
* Key account management: quotations and price lists, respecting and setting a multi-channel sales policy, implementing product training, proving technical support to generic requests.
* Developing and implementing sales initiatives to increase sales on all Turbo products
* Building good and long last relationship with Key accounts and strategic partners of the company.
* Project management: following customer in each step of the project from the designing to the quotation and monitoring the project up to the delivery of the goods.
* Researching, managing, monitoring and converting new leads in new Turbo customers.
* Arranging technical trainings (online & onsite) and sharing customer visits to promote a better understanding on Turbo products.
* Follow up on key projects and on strategic sales initiatives.

Inside Sales Engineer requirements
* A bachelor's degree in engineering or in a related field.
* Good knowledge of English language, knowledge of other European language is a plus.
* Solid technical background and strong problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated and target-driven; team working ability, tenacity and independency.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office & AS400.
* Accept to travel up to 30% of the working time to visit customers on site.
