The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating opportunities on forecasting tools, align data on new or renewal proposals and ascertain ease of closure and forecasting. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support in sales quoting and provisioning including pricing and Business Unit approvals for exceptions.
2. Align on renewal pipeline visibility while tracking attainment rate.
3. Coordinate the team’s forecast across all required tools.
4. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
5. Expedite orders through internal liaison.
6. Direct sales and technical feedback to relevant departments.
7. Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
8. Maintain good hygiene to data.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
9. Holder of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in any other relevant field
10. Previous working experience or certification in Salesforce or similar tools
11. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
12. Strong understanding of sales processes
13. Strong analytical skills
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
15. Excellent organization and time-management skills
