About the Role
You will be providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our customers who encounter issues with AutoCad software.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide appropriate solutions to the software issues faced by the customers.
* Troubleshoot with minimum assistance.
* Make effective decisions to have fast solutions prioritizing and dealing with the issues on time.
* Identify and resolve hot escalations.
* Provide 1st level technical phone support.
* Ensure the fault is completely rectified and it does not appear in the future by providing correct feedback to customers.
* Communicate with customers providing periodic follow-up to match expectations.
* Build positive relationships with customers.
About You
Requirements
* Technical educational background.
* In-depth knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, CATIA) and their tools, features, and functions.
* Professional experience as a CAD Specialist or Designer.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Previous technical support experience not mandatory, but welcomed.
