The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and converting customer interests into sales transactions in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-sales Engineers, as well as to oversee and train the Sales Representatives as and when needed. 1. Handle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in a timely manner by reaching out to customers for qualification and converting MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
2. Attract prospects and identify lead generation strategies and opportunities contributing towards an annual revenue target.
3. Drive SQLs and successfully close deals in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-sales Engineers.
4. Follow up on a daily basis with customers and partners on open opportunities.
5. Accelerate pipeline to closure avoiding losing deals and stalled transactions.
6. Forecast accurate deals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
7. Complete all product trainings, remain up to date and present the company’s product portfolio to end users.
8. Ensure Salesforce is always up to date and all activities are logged correctly.
9. Build quotes in Salesforce and secure discount approvals when necessary.
10. Oversee the daily activities of the Inside Sales Representatives and attend to issues as appropriate
11. Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership.
12. Ensure that human capital and capabilities are aligned with the company HR strategy at a departmental level.
13. Act as an agent of change and challenge departmental structures and processes to accompany change initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
16. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in any other related field
17. At least 4 years of previous working experience in a similar role within the IT sector
18. Fluency in English and Greek, both written and verbal
19. Strong organizational and time-management skills
20. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
21. Strong work ethic and integrity of character
22. Team-player
