You must have a keen eye for detail, a passion for business, be highly organized, and be good with time management combined with a huge desire to learn Responsibilities: Participate in the preparation of the onsite marketing strategy that aligns short-term success with the long-term product and market vision; Identify opportunities to deliver a marketing proposition that meets local aspirations and customer preferences; Conduct regular competitor analyses and maintain marketplace awareness; Manage the promotion of new product feature launches across brands; Continuously collect and analyze data to understand the customer base, their profile, and motivations within the product; Analyze marketing KPIs, building on specifically targeted metrics and working within a budget margin; Work closely with content and design teams to deliver excellence and CRM teams to organize communication with the customers. Requirements: Strategic marketing thinker with a proven ability to innovate, implement and optimize; Great organization, planning, and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail; Previous experience in a Marketing role; Proactivity and ability to collaborate; Strong communications and stakeholder management; Excellent content knowledge and campaign experience; Analytically driven, eager to work within a team to meet company goals; Native in English; other languages are considered a plus; The position is open in Malta or Remotely.
