Qt PS provides an end-to-end portfolio of consulting, workshops, training, etc. PS expertise expands over an entire software development life cycle, from helping the customer in choosing the right hardware and tools to boost their boot time and performance and supporting them in the maintenance phase. The Qt professionals are spread around the globe with consultants in Tokyo, Nagoya, Seoul, Shanghai, Bangalore, Oulu, Berlin, Munich, France, Boston, Detroit, and Santa Clara.
You will:
* Develop on platforms relevant to the product
* Utilize software engineering fundamentals such as debugging, version control, and testing
* Understand development workflow and regularly provide constructive review feedback on familiar topics
* Apply algorithms and data structures in development tasks
* Work on existing code within an established architecture
* Collaborate across different teams and products
* Communicate effectively with customers, users, and contributors (when applicable)
* Serve as a trusted software developer and reliable technical consultant in customer software development projects
* Assist customers in solving their problems and ensure their success with Qt projects by partnering with Project Managers and other technical teams such as sales engineers and R&D
* Develop and provide support for software products chosen by customers, with the goal of maximizing the organization's revenue
About You:
* A team player who can collaborate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
* Proven strong software development skills, especially in C++ and embedded platforms. Experience with Qt and QML is a plus
* Understanding of computer graphics is a plus
* Ability to work independently and be self-driven, even when working from a home office
* Fluency in Korean (reading/writing) and English (business communication)
* Willingness to help customers and ability to describe and illustrate technical solutions on the spot
Beneficial skills:
* Experience in embedded product development projects. Experience with Yocto in particular
* Linux driver and application interface e.g., middleware development experience
* Cross-platform development experience
* Concurrent programming experience
