Customer Service Specialist - Distribution
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes.
3. Coordinate tasks with the logistics team to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues that may arise.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Any previous experience in customer service or similar role is considered a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
