About the Role
System Ceramics (), one of the 20 companies inside Coesia Group, is looking for a Software Engineer for E-commerce Technologies to reinforce the divisional team.
The SW Engineer will lead the design and development of a new divisional product dedicated to the E-Commerce market within Coesia. He/she will be part of a team responsible for guiding, in connection with local R&D and Engineering teams across the division, the control system & HMI development for automatic packaging solutions and logistics plants.
The SW Engineer will join the E-commerce division team and will be directly reporting to the Software Technical Leader.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Managing all the technical aspects related to the machinery development with an end-to-end approach, including the validation and testing phase
2. Developing the internal know-how on machinery dedicated to the E-Commerce market
3. Supervising the entire SW project once validated
4. Being one of the main stakeholders of the global e-commerce project within the group
5. Coordinating external resources supporting the technology development
This position will be based in Fiorano Modenese, Italy.
What You Need to Be Successful
6. 3/5 years of relevant experience in automatic machinery design
7. Master’s degree in automation engineering
8. Good knowledge of HMI, PLC, Motion Control, Beckhoff programming
9. Good understanding of the English language, both written and oral
10. Strong aptitude for creating and reinforcing interpersonal relationships
11. Personal drive and result oriented
12. Effective communication skills to easily build trust towards colleagues and stakeholders
