We are looking for a motivated and an experienced ERP Senior Business Analyst that will join the Global Operation Controlling team to manage the project deployment of a defined Costing Accounting model to all LivaNova manufacturing entities.
The resources is a specialist in ERP implementation, data migration with a solid cost accounting background.
She/He will work closely with the Head of Operations Finance, functional leaders, local plant controllers and subject matter experts during the cost accounting model implementation phase.
She/he will play a key role in our global ERP rollout and will contribute to our digital transformation strategy.
The candidate main responsibilities will be
1. Manage and coordinate resources and timelines ensuring successful project completion.
2. Cooperate with project stakeholders to define a roadmap, milestones, solution and actions to meet the project goals
3. Cooperate with local plant controllers during the cost accounting model implementation and localization phase, being the point of contact between global and local controlling teams as well as with central IT team.
4. Be proficient in gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements into functional/technical specifications
5. Be the contact person during the testing process (UAT) to discover errors and issues during the roll out processes.
6. Be accountable for creating and maintaining a solid documentation related to the technical solutions, including manuals for end users.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial accounting and finance with excellent analytical skills.
Will be accountable to manage her/his own tasks and will have the ability to effectively communicate with a cross functionality and international team.
Ideally, She/he will have a hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and a previous experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system implementation and data migration projects.
