Partner with the best
As Custom Assembly and Standard Test Production Controller, you will be responsible on both Florence and Massa plants, for:
* Planning, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials (from suppliers and within internal departments) required to execute the business plan according to production schedules.
* Planning production execution of Custom Assembly and Standard Cell assuring to meet Customer needs and match all operational KPI targets.
* Being proactive bridge and connection between Material Management Production Control for Assembly, Test and Pack and Cell specific planning team, assuring alignment on targets and priorities.
* Being an interface between Cell Team and Fulfilment Operational Excellence Team, highlighting and following up to closure all eventual issue impacting potentially operational targets in a proactive approach.
* Being accountable on KPI monitoring and updating for main operational review.
* Leading and/or Supporting, alongside Cell Lean Leader, kaizen Projects aimed to improve Productivity and Performances.

To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent relevant technical education.
* Have previous continuous improvement experience or planning experience.
* Be strategically thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
* Be familiar with working with KPIs.
* Have strong oral and written communication skills in Italian and English.
* Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills next to strong problem-solving skills.
