• To ensure that you and the team give exemplary hospitality to our guests at all times.
• To ensure that orders of food and beverage are served promptly and in accordance with hotel standards.
• To ensure revenue is maximized by adhering to set billing and accounting procedures.
• To report any faults or injuries to your line manager.
• To display a proactive and innovative approach to development within the team environment including but not limited to routine testing, mentoring and role plays.
• To ensure communication procedures are followed, resulting in an effective and efficient service.
• To be able to act with initiative and forethought.
• Proactive in getting things done and exceeding expectations of both guests and colleagues where possible.
• To develop interactive customer relations and to be aware of any possible future requirements. To convey such information and ideas to your line manager for the enhancement of customer expectation.
• To have thorough knowledge of the hotel and its offerings to include food and beverage menus, events and future plans.
• To have a thorough knowledge of and adherence to the law with regard to the following company regulations:
-Licensing laws
- Health & safety regulations
- Food handling & hygiene laws
- Fire regulations & procedures
- First aid procedures
• To be a good example of the company dress code and appearance standards.
• Assist in ensuring adequate staffing to cover the business needs.
• Deploying staff in an efficient way to ensure all mis-en-place and set standards are in place.
• To ensure that the team work to an agreed rigid cleaning procedure.
• To maintain and improve food & beverage profits by monitoring wastage and breakages. Implementing remedial actions and reporting to line manager,
• Ensuring that the team act upon all up selling opportunities within the bar and restaurant though encouragement and support.
• Display a proactive and consistent approach to stock and cash control.
• To undertake special duties or work outside of routine at the request of food and beverage management.
* €2200 - €2500 + accommodation

About you• You must be fluent in Italian and English
• You must have experience working in 5* or luxury F&B
• You must be hands-on and willing to work closely with the team during operations
• You must have excellent customer service skills
