Now that the company is the leader in the French market, your role will be to develop the Italian market.
Prospection:
1. Drive local market development in Italy, identifying key opportunities and building strategic relationships.
2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for expanding the client portfolio.
Closing:
3. Independently conduct engaging product demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition to potential clients.
4. Lead negotiations and effectively close deals, exceeding set sales targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless transition from sale to implementation.
Farming:
6. Implement effective farming strategies to nurture and grow existing client relationships.
7. Nurture long-term client relationships post-sale to drive satisfaction, retention, and address inquiries.
Package
8. 45,000 fixed salary + 15,000 variable uncapped.
9. Company car provided as part of the employment package or car allowance.
10. Company health insurance.
PROFIL RECHERCHé
11. You are fluent in Italian and with proficiency in French.
12. Ideally located between Milan and Turin with mobility.
13. You have a minimum of one previous experience in sales.
14. Capable of remote work, with either a company car or car allowance for mobility.
15. Strong communication skills; you are an excellent communicator.
16. It's a BIG plus if you know the real estate or construction industry.
IMPORTANT: Periodic travel to Paris every three weeks by plane (obviously paid by the company) .
