The Commis de Rang, under the supervision of the manager, deals with:
1. manage the preparation of the restaurant service together with colleagues, ensuring impeccable service to guests
2. take care of guests' needs in a professional and warm way
3. is the contact person for guests for any culinary questions or requests
Qualifications
4. Training in the hotel or restaurant sector
5. Professional experience in the role and, preferably, in high-level gastronomy
6. Good knowledge of German and English
7. Passion for hospitality, autonomy in the role, team spirit, willingness to help colleagues
8. The ideal candidate is an open person, willing to accept new challenges and to continuously develop
