We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Commis de Rang for Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens for our main Restaurant Trattoria and our Michelin Star Restaurant Saporium, Chiusdino.
The individual will be responsible for setting up the general mise en place of the restaurant before guests’ arrival.
Main responsibilities:
– Prepare tables and organize the restaurant’s mise en place.
– Responsible of food pass areas between the dining room and kitchen to serve dishes to tables.
– Clean equipment and tables.
Candidate profile:
– Fluent level of English and Italian languages is required.
– Previous experience in a similar role in luxury hotels is an asset.
– Excellent customer service attitude.
– Team player.
– For Saporium, preferred experience in a fine dining or Michelin Star Restaurant
