We are looking for a candidate who is creative and flexible, with negotiation skills, organizational talent, drive, team spirit, and lots of initiative.
Main tasks:
− Conceiving, planning, and implementing events for the Museion audience, focusing on exhibitions and the Museion collection.
− Coordinating autonomous and independent working groups, such as Museion Art Club Forum, to create formats that promote the region’s subcultures.
− Managing venue hire for cultural events.
− Managing the necessary permits for events with various institutions (preparation and exchange).
− Managing event content for the website and/or various online platforms.
− Organizing and preparing presentations for events.
− General support to the department manager.
Requirements:
− Several years’ experience (minimum of two years) in project or event management, preferably in the field of arts and culture (university degree is a plus).
− Knowledge of local cultural projects and institutions.
− Interest in new trends in urban areas with an emphasis on music, art, and entertainment.
− Open and communicative personality.
− Knowledge of MS-Office, business skills, and excellent ability to organize and coordinate teams with diverse needs.
− Fluent command of Italian, English, and German languages.
