As leader of the marketing team, you contribute to the implementation of the strategy, development and objectives of the organization.
1. Identify the main market trends and opportunities
2. Transform these trends into actions and products in accordance with the global strategy
3. Live the concept of responsibility for key accounts
4. Organize the content of conferences and fairs of the segment, monitoring the objectives established for each of them.
5. Regularly visit the EMEA headquarters
Manage market analysis
6. General marketing plan (includes Market analysis, SWOT analysis, competitor reports, Market trends, main trends, competitor analysis, etc.)
7. Medium and long term market plan (3-5 years)
8. Manage constant analysis of competitors
9. Provide information from the field of operations (sales, services) in order to obtain the most accurate portrait of the state of the market
10. Divide and organize customer groups (segmentation, classification)
Manage global marketing activities
11. Function as an expert in the local market / BU under his responsibility
12. Actively participate in contact with BS to participate in the global design of marketing activities
13. Organize contacts with those who have a vote within the global management of the product (BU/BS)
14. Manage the local results of the global marketing proposal (two-way)
15. Manage planning and organization with a view to innovation and cyclical processes (launch / retirement)
Coordinate product launch phases
16. Assure all documentations for tender are fulfilled
17. Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) prior approvals for any local use
18. Manage deadlines and priorities
19. Develop a marketing proposal by taking corrective actions (process monitoring)
Manage Sales support
20. Engage Key opinion leaders (KOL)
21. Create events within the local market (Campaign Management - CRM)
22. Lead Management – CRM
Act as a technical expert in Sales functions
23. Manage resources in order to achieve the highest degree of technical expertise available (e.g. clinical, application, marketing)
24. Be accountable for the technical and scientific documentation submitted during the tender process
Marketing department management
25. Manage resources and employees, establish objectives (e.g. commissions/reviews, salary plans and bonuses, makes estimates for marketing staff, approve expenses for the marketing organization)
26. Implement marketing processes in accordance with the OTC
27. Ensure employees are properly supported, trained and evaluated, and keep the marketing team motivated
28. Manages and ensures the progress and quality of work
29. Lead and be part of work teams
30. Locally manage the product, price, solutions and its situation
Marketing Manager — Diagnostics (f/m/x)
In this role you will:
31. Be the person responsible for managing the portfolio of products of the business unit
32. Drive activities to Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key customers;
33. Be responsible for the marketing resources of the area, activities and the relative budgets and delivering the expected return of investment (ROI)
34. Manage the life cycle of the products under your responsibility
35. Responsible for optimizing clinical study resources in accordance with the strategy of the products under your responsibility.
Job requirements
36. University Degree or equivalent, MBA desirable
General professional experience:
37. At least 10 years in marketing functions
38. At least 5 years of experience on IVD industry
39. 3-5 years in people management
40. Direct experience in Hematology and/or Haemostasis are plus
Professional experience for the position:
41. Commercial experience
42. Experience in sales processes (OGP; CRM, Sales Funnel)
