Medier is looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute campaign activities to the highest standard for the Australian and New Zealand Markets.
As a Marketing Manager, your focus is to coordinate and execute campaign activities to the highest standard. You must have a keen eye for detail, a passion for business, be highly organized, and be good with time management combined with a huge desire to learn!
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the preparation of the onsite marketing strategy that aligns short-term success with the long-term product and market vision;
2. Identify opportunities to deliver a marketing proposition that meets local aspirations and customer preferences;
3. Conduct regular competitor analyses and maintain marketplace awareness;
4. Manage the promotion of new product feature launches across brands;
5. Continuously collect and analyze data to understand the customer base, their profile, and motivations within the product;
6. Analyze marketing KPIs, building on specifically targeted metrics and working within a budget margin;
7. Work closely with content and design teams to deliver excellence and CRM teams to organize communication with the customers.
Requirements:
1. Strategic marketing thinker with a proven ability to innovate, implement and optimize;
2. Great organization, planning, and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail;
3. Previous experience in a Marketing role;
4. Proactivity and ability to collaborate;
5. Strong communications and stakeholder management;
6. Excellent content knowledge and campaign experience;
7. Analytically driven, eager to work within a team to meet company goals;
8. Native in English; other languages are considered a plus;
9. The position is open in Malta or Remotely.
