1. Bookkeeping and general ledger postings
2. Ensuring that all the financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner
3. Conducting Bank, debtor, creditor reconciliations and preparation of interest calculations
4. Preparation of payment instructions
5. Preparation of Financial Statements
6. Liaising with external auditors for the statutory audit procedure
7. Preparation of weekly cash flow and profit & loss projections
8. Preparation of monthly management accounts
9. Preparation of VAT and Tax Returns
CANDIDATE PROFILE
10. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
11. ACCA/ACA Qualified
12. 3+ years post qualification experience in an accounting role, previous experience in a Finance Department will be considered an advantage
13. Up to date IFRS knowledge
14. Must be a team player, able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
15. Good analytical skills and ability to reconcile discrepancies
16. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
17. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
18. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
19. Working knowledge of CaseWare
