Responsibilities
1. Lead global cross-functional teams to develop new product initiatives and other category projects (cost saving & harmonization projects).
2. Conduct Market Research to qualify new products & give retail price recommendations (quantitative & qualitative research).
3. Develop packaging basics, execute digital kits design and align communication brief with Brand & Communication team.
4. Understand the dynamics of consumer, shoppers, retail trends and insights, category and competitors’ activities to build category expertise.
5. Manage project budget and expenses.
6. Be the point of contact for your category and present projects to the executive international team.
Qualifications
1. Degree in Business Studies, Economics or any related subject.
2. Min. 3 years of professional experience preferably in FMCG marketing (Market Research, product development).
3. Fluent in English (Additional languages would also be beneficial).
4. Excellent project management skills.
5. Ability to work with and as part of an international / multi-cultural team.
The role could be based either in the Milano Office or Monselice (PD) with a hybrid smart working policy.
