For a food company belonging to an international group, Adecco is looking for a Logistics and Customer Service Leader .
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and planning the order flow, from inputting orders into the management system to overseeing the shipping process. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritizing tasks by coordinating with the warehouse for order management and flow planning.
* Handling communication with national authorities (such as ASL, Chamber of Commerce, customs, etc.) to request necessary certificates.
* Issuing required shipping documentation (customs documents, delivery notes, etc.).
* Issuing sales invoices and any necessary credit notes.
* Managing transport providers efficiently.
* Handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of export regulations and customs documentation.
* Familiarity with national authorities for certifications/new authorizations.
* Proficiency in English (C1 level).
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
