Job Description:
Sales Specialist DACH Area
As a Sales Specialist for the DACH area, you will be responsible for driving business development and expanding our presence in Germany and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in events and fairs in Germany and Switzerland to promote our MES systems.
* Contact qualified prospects internally to explore business opportunities.
* Prepare commercial offers and related technical documentation to support sales efforts.
* Manage negotiations with prospects and customers, both pre- and post-sales.
* Collaborate with the European team to ensure seamless coordination and synergies.
* Work closely with marketing and technical areas to align sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
* Provide regular feedback and suggestions to management on customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Degree in Management Engineering or Information Technology.
* Experience as an MES sector analyst.
* In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing sector.
* Strong technical-commercial skills.
* Excellent team working ability.
* Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2).
* Availability to travel throughout the DACH area.
