Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled administrative employee for our chemical company based in Origgio, VA. The ideal candidate will have excellent English language skills, a degree or diploma, and at least 2 years of experience in waste management or logistics.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver filters and pallets on time to clients and transportation partners.
* Provide customer service and communication in a professional manner.
* Work closely with the Operation Team Leader to plan and coordinate filling and emptying operations.
* Manage waste administration, including drafting and issuing loading/unloading documentation.
* Support billing and human resources administration.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Excellent English language skills.
* At least 2 years of experience in waste management or logistics.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
Working Conditions
The selected candidate will be required to work full-time hours from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. The initial contract will be a temporary employment assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of direct hiring after this period.
