Talent Acquisition Expert Gruppo Unipol | Human Resources Passionate Unipol Rental, a company of Gruppo Unipol active in the corporate fleet rental sector and in the management of mobility services, is seeking a professional with experience in managing after-sales services in the automotive field for the role of: Location: Milano/Bologna The sought profile, inserted in the context of the Operations area, will coordinate, through a team of collaborators distributed across the national territory, the activities of vehicle delivery to customers at the authorized delivery points of UnipolRental, monitoring the quality of after-sales services provided by the network. The main responsibilities include: Organization and planning of field activities; Monitoring of established SLAs; Designing training and updating plans dedicated to the authorized network. Additionally, the role will be responsible for optimizing processes by defining necessary standards while providing support for resolving any service issues that arise with customers at dealers and the authorized network. Finally, the following activities will also be the responsibility of the role: Coordination and supervision of activities carried out in the field by the “network support” team; Verification of compliance with SLAs and performance of the authorized network; Continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction levels and service quality; Master's degree in Economics (or equivalent qualification) obtained with excellent final grades; Professional experience (at least 5 years) in similar roles gained in companies active in car rental or, alternatively, in after-sales coordination in large Automotive companies (car manufacturers or large dealerships); Experience in coordinating and managing teams distributed across the territory; Knowledge of common customer service methodologies and the main tools for measuring customer satisfaction levels (e.g., Net Promoter Score); Excellent communication and relational skills; Strong problem-solving attitude, customer orientation, critical thinking, and proactive approach to resolving challenges.
