Job Description:
* Job Location – Milan, ENI office, acting as a JV Client.
* Employment Status – Contract.
* Right to work – Candidates must have the right to work in the EU unfunded / unsponsored.
This role will be an integral part of the Major project team based in Milan working on the A & E Structures, MOG ENI, JV Major development project Eni launches a major gas development project in Libya.
To be considered for this role you will need to be eligible to work in Italy without a visa and willing to work under one of the following models:

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
* Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks across all engineering and construction phases.
* Oversee vendor and supplier quality assurance, including pre-qualification and third-party inspections.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, API, ASME, and Italian/EU construction regulations.
* Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project quality.
* Monitor welding, NDT, coating, hydrotesting, and installation standards.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and certification agencies to ensure compliance.
* Provide quality reports, documentation, and final handover records for commissioning.
* Lead QA/QC training sessions, awareness programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
* Extensive QA/QC experience in large-scale architecture & engineering (A&E) or oil & gas projects.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API, ASME, IEC, DNV, and Italian/EU regulatory standards.
* Experience in site inspections, vendor audits, and quality control processes.
* Proficiency in QA tools, root cause analysis, and risk management.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
