As part of an international project, for the Milan office, TXT Assioma is looking for a Senior Test Leader for projects in the Operations Support System field with at least 5 years of experience, with different characteristics, to join an expanding team.
The ideal candidate has a strong team-oriented attitude, autonomy in managing their time and assigned tasks, a focus on continuous improvement, and a good knowledge of the English language.
Main responsibilities required:
Ensure accurate estimation, scheduling, design, and execution of software validation activities, adhering to project time constraints;
Define, in collaboration with the Client's teams, end-to-end and performance validation strategies for projects being released;
Organize and coordinate working groups;
Organize and conduct User Acceptance Tests with Business Units before releasing new features into production;
Ensure the delivery of QA competency documentation (Test Book and Test Report).
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
At least 2 years' experience as a Test Leader in Operations Support System, in one or more of the following areas: Service Inventory, Network Inventory or Fault and Performance Management.
Knowledge of software management and validation methodologies using Agile, Waterfall and DevOps;
Knowledge of HP Quality Center/ALM, Load Runner and Quick Test Professional products, Micro Focus – ALM, Jira.
Application skills:

HPE/Microfocus SD, SA, TeMIP, UCA, Trueview, UOC, SOM, NIO, SM;
BMC Remedy.
Technical skills:
Environment Windows, Unix

Knowledge of key network protocols (e.g.: IP, MPLS, VPLS, SIP, SNMP)
Knowledge of key network architectures (e.g.: FTTS, FTTH, GPOM, VULA, ULL).
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems security, or related fields.
