Job Description
In accordance with company policies and reporting to the CEO, the resource will have the following main responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the CEO to define medium and long term sales objectives and gross margin of the company;
2. Creation, development and management of sales plans with the aim of achieving sales objectives of the company in the Italian market;
3. Managing direct relationships with key brand partners by participating in virtual and in-person meetings with them;
4. Coordination and supervision of the work of the team: Brand Partnerships, Sales, Creative and Operations. Furthermore, he or she will work together to address advertising and marketing plans;
5. Be part of the company's management team and contribute to the growth of the business;
6. Supervision of managed social channels and advertising campaigns for brand partners with maintenance purposes of active relationships and up-selling;
7. Analysis of customer benchmarks and competitive scenarios.
