Evaluates, designs, and implements projects through interface with field management, manpower, and systems designed to reduce operating expenses, increase revenues, and enhance customer service.
Consults with management in vital areas such as field operations, facility planning, and airport evaluations. Prepares, analyzes, and monitors long-range plans for each station and district, providing analysis regarding expansion, new products, procedures, vehicles, equipment, manpower, and facility needs. Provides technical assistance to field personnel through workshops, station reviews, seminars, and one-on-one sessions in areas such as operations, manning, IMS, FAMIS, contingency planning, productivity, and cost effectiveness. Monitors, analyzes, recommends, and implements or assists with systems to improve productivity, service, and cost performance in all areas of international operations in conjunction with field management. Establishes a communication link between the field operation and properties, providing technical expertise relating to facility requests, including lease termination/new location, five-year planning, and cost justifications. Assists foreign affiliates where the agreement specifies, with facility searches, evaluations, planning, design, and engineering. Also, where specified, with supervision and control of construction contracts, negotiations, and monitoring of international airports to ensure corporate needs and standards are met.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other quantitative discipline. Two years of professional experience in a related field. Knowledge of Computer Systems/Programming preferred. Good communication, written, and analytical skills. Fluent in the English language.
