Job opportunity
We are looking for an HRIS & Transformation Specialist to join Bocconi University’s HR Transformation and Change team, contributing to the management of digital innovation and transformation processes aimed at continuous evolution and improvement.
Key responsibilities:
* support the management, evolution, and optimization of HR systems, with a particular focus on the Oracle HCM suite.
* Collaborate with IT and HR teams to enhance system functionalities, drive adoption, and ensure an optimal user experience.
* Create and update technical and functional documentation, ensuring alignment between company policies, HR rules, and system implementations.
* Analyze HR data and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
* Assess HR processes to identify improvement opportunities, acting as a bridge between HR and IT.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to design and develop innovative solutions, streamlining and automating HR processes while translating leadership objectives into clear technical requirements.
* Take part in change management initiatives and support internal communication efforts related to HR transformation projects.
* Stay up to date with HR best practices and emerging HR Tech trends.
Requirements
* Master's degree in HR, Economics, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Previous experience in HRIS, HR Tech, or IT HR roles within complex organizations or consulting firms.
* In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM, with a preferred certification.
* Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (OTBI) for HR reporting is considered a plus.
* Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a strong digital mindset.
* Project Management (PMO) skills for managing HR transformation projects.
* Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
* At least six months of study and/or work experience abroad.
* Soft skills: proactive approach; teamwork ability; attention to detail; customer orientation; strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex systems.
