You should have knowledge of Business Management and financials preferably in the automotive industry, and able to support the delivery of high-quality services to our client headquarters to the dealers of our client network. This position is focused on Business Management, Dealer operational Knowledge and client handling skills.
Responsibilities -
* Plan, organise, develop, and deliver, within the agreed deadlines services to the client with independency.
* Ensure the accuracy of accounting and financial data sent by the client’s dealership network. Check, analyse and follow-up the financial data submitted adhering to internal quality control standards and client requirements.
* Assist the client in analysing Business Management information and concepts.
* Identify dealer profitability trends and opportunity levering on benchmark analysis on business management reporting system.
* Support Dealer on defining the appropriate internal process and accountancy rules also through the usage of dealer data management system (DMS) to obtain an appropriate classification and monitoring of main Dealer KPI’s.
* Visit dealerships as required by the clients to support financial reports preparation and analysis.
* Support dealers, local National sales company and manufacturer headquarters of reporting systems usage and performance analysis.
* Customization and use of proprietary solutions and tools.
Education & Required Skills
* Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Scientific areas with evident financial background.
* Relevant 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role, having worked in the automotive sector, preferred.
* Italian mother tongue level and fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
* Analytical thinking.
* Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Flexibility/Adaptability/Relationship Building skills.
* Sales and Business development skills.
