Ferrara, a leading sugar confectioner in the United States, seeks an eCommerce Marketing Manager to drive content marketing strategy and implementation across all eCommerce customers and brands.
Job Summary
This role involves developing best-in-class eCommerce content marketing strategy, creating campaigns and product content, and identifying new capabilities to accelerate channel growth for omnichannel sales at Ferrara.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage eCommerce content marketing strategy across all eCommerce retailers to meet business objectives.
* Understand brand priorities, consumer needs, and translate them into actionable creative assets.
* Articulate best-in-class eCommerce content using data and market/competitor analysis.
* Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to build and maintain PIM/DAM connections.
* Conduct content-focused tests to improve content quality and performance.
* Establish a framework for recurring performance analysis and reporting.
Requirements
* 3-5 years' experience in CPG eCommerce marketing or eCommerce preferred.
* Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work within a team and independently with limited supervision.
* Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
