Duties and Responsibilities
* Handle groups and events from initial enquiry to final execution within financial and time constraints.
* Coordinate all group and event operations ensuring hotel quality standards are met.
* Oversee resort departments to provide a first-class experience for organizers, hosts and attendees.
* Proactively engage former clients and acquire new ones.
* Build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, event and wedding planners, corporate accounts.
* Participate in local events and sales calls, including property site inspections and familiarization trips.
* Keep group and event system and reports accurate and updated.
Requirements
* Fluent English and Italian language skills; other languages are an asset.
* Excellent time-management, organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced demanding environment.
* Capacity to coordinate multiple tasks across departments.
* Collaborative team player with flexibility to work variable hours.
