The Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by a designated account set of partners. They will build direct relationships with channel partners to maximize Tp-Link penetration and opportunities on their territory.

The ISAM role provides training for roles such as Account or Area Manager, Product Manager, or Business Development, up to managerial positions like Sales or Commercial Director, CIO, CTO, or CEO in the IT sector.
The ideal candidate is a strong sales performer, achievement-oriented, and believes in performance rewards for exceeding annual/quarterly sales goals through collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
They will work within the TP-LINK SMB/Enterprise Team together with other team members to develop the business.
The successful candidate should be success-driven, fast-paced, and able to work well in a diverse team environment. A background in market products and technical trends, networking technical knowledge, and solutions is an added value.
The individual must possess strong business acumen and be able to effectively present value propositions to their customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and owning partner relationships, carrying legal quota, and being responsible for the growth of a fixed set of accounts.
* Developing opportunities through sales and marketing activities with partners to drive technology penetration in their account list.
* Collaborating with the entire sales team to close deals once an opportunity is identified.
* Leveraging new technologies and social selling practices to enhance the partner's experience and accelerate Tp-Link Enterprise business.
* Developing account plans and campaigns towards selected market opportunities.
* Prioritizing internal and external resources and executing to meet or exceed sales quota.
The desired skills and experience include:
* BS/BA degree equivalent or close to graduation; IT experience is a plus.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Preferred specialization: Communication, automation, mechanical, electronic, and telecommunications engineering and other similar specializations.
* A high level of service and customer orientation, as well as reliability.
* Very good knowledge of Italian and good English in spoken and written.
* Very good social skills, communication skills, and organizational skills to manage customers in the technical side and basic understanding of account and project management.
