Supervises academic and scientific results in compliance with ministerial and regional regulations. Serves as the point of reference for the scientific coordinators of undergraduate programs, ensuring compliance with educational regulations and directly managing the faculty to meet ministerial requirements. Actively supports the Director of Education in maintaining accreditation requirements and achieving academic targets. Collaborates with the academic department in designing and structuring courses.Faculty Management - Acts as the primary reference for the faculty within the assigned academic area. Monitors academic activities to ensure quality teaching standards and active support for students’ learning experiences. Ensures faculty compliance with corporate quality standards. Oversees the scientific development of faculty members’ CVs in accordance with regulatory requirements. Assists the Director of Education in identifying and training new faculty members. Engages in visiting professor activities at both national and international levels as needed.Students’ Tutoring Supervision - Serves as the primary contact for students enrolled in assigned courses, directly supporting them in their educational journey to ensure successful progression. Conducts weekly one-on-one meetings to provide continuous tutoring and supervision. Contributes to a positive student learning experience. Supports students throughout their thesis projects. Ensures the completion of student feedback (student voice) in accordance with predefined targets.Academic Industry Projects - Actively supports and manages academic projects in collaboration with key industries in the luxury sector (fashion, design, art). Ensures full implementation of academic projects by involving faculty and students. Acts as the point of reference for selected Third Mission projects carried out by the institution. Represents the institution in promotional activities (e.g., open days, admissions, career service events) and industry collaborations.RD – CV Development - Oversees research and development projects assigned by the Director of Education. Actively develops their own academic curriculum in compliance with regulatory requirements, enhancing scientific research and industry recognition annually to meet accreditation.Educational and Professional BackgroundMaster’s degree in Economics / Fashion Management / Fashion Business. A PhD is a plus.At least 10 years of experience in the luxury and fashion industry in international environments, with a focus on supply chain management.At least 5 years of experience in university-level teaching.Professional proficiency in English.Strong aptitude for research and scientific publication.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Ability to manage complex processes.Proactivity.
