Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for strategically and operationally following the suppliers of material necessary for production, guaranteeing an effective and efficient service for the site, in compliance with company objectives.
More specifically, you’ll be in charge with:
1. Manage and administer all site indirect purchasing including all maintenance spares, maintenance contracts, hard and soft services
2. Negotiate and manage purchase contracts, including payment terms, title and risk management, margin improvement/cost saving
3. Support to internal stakeholders requirements (Maintenance, Engineering Dept., SHE, Logistics, ...)
4. Purchase orders creation, sending and management for Indirect suppliers
5. Maintains and understands supplier capacities, highlights and resolves potential availability and quality issues due to demand and/or supplier issues
6. Supports on-boarding of new suppliers as required
7. Capex negotiations
8. Supports plant initiatives and manage suppliers to support project
9. Support and cooperation with all sites Purchasing dept.
10. LeadPan-European Purchasing Project
11. Ensure that purchasing standard and procedures meets all applicable Corporate legal requirements and policies
YOUR PROFILE :
* You have a strong analytical and synthesis mind to follow up purchasing processes
* Your rigor and organization are your assets, allowing you to follow the progress of projects and to manage priorities
* You have good interpersonal skills to manage the supplier service
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED :
* You have a bachelor's degree in economics or equipollent
* You have worked 3 to 5 years in a similar role
TOOLS TO MASTER :
* Fluency in English and Italian is required.
* Good knowledge of Excel is required.
* Knowledge of SAP is required.
