OPERATOR / OPERATOR CHEMICAL SECTOR
Job Summary (50 words)
The sought-after operator will be responsible for line activities in the production process, with particular attention to product quality control, production parameter management, and intervention in case of anomalies. The operator will also be responsible for monitoring the correct manual discharge of the finished product and ensuring that the company's quality standards are respected.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manual Discharge of Finished Product: Manage the discharge and transfer of the finished product, ensuring that operations are performed safely and within production times.
* Quality Control: Verify that the product meets the company's quality standards, conducting accurate checks and reporting any non-conformities to the supervisor.
* Use of Computer Tools: Use computer tools to insert and monitor production parameters such as temperature, quantity of materials to be used, and other relevant information for the production process.
* Non-Conformity Management: Report any anomalies or non-conformities found during quality control to the production manager in a timely manner and collaborate in their resolution.
* Collaboration with Production Team: Work closely with the rest of the production team to ensure efficient operations and respect for production times (up to 15 employees work on each production line).
Growth Opportunities:
After about a year of training and acquisition of necessary skills, there is an opportunity to evolve into the role of Line Conductor, with greater responsibility for managing and coordinating production.
Requirements:
* Production Experience: Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in the chemical sector or industrial production companies.
* Computer Skills: Good knowledge of using computer tools for production parameter management.
* Autonomy and Precision: Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and high precision.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to report any problems or non-conformities promptly.
* Availability: Availability to work on shifts, including night shifts and continuous cycles.
* Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
Contract Type: Initial fixed-term contract aimed at permanent hiring.
Working Hours: Shift schedule, including night shifts and continuous cycles.
