Milan, ItalyPosted: 22 hours ago | Type: Permanent | Compensation: CompetitiveThe Relationship Analyst will be part of the Corporate Banking Team based in Milan.The Relationship Analyst is responsible for working with Senior Bankers and coverage team members on the day-to-day management of the Italian Franchise Corporate Banking client relationships and the delivery of Corporate Banking solutions for Corporate and FI Clients.The Relationship Analyst plays a critical role in coordinating across functions and businesses to deliver Citi's global network and solutions to clients and to address a broad range of relationship management requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Corporate Banking team in Italy with the coordination and execution of day-to-day Italian Corporate and FI Client requests, including credit requests, product related requests, KYC matters, AML queries, and problem escalation.Support Corporate Banking team in Italy with day-to-day credit requests from Network/Product partners, ensuring approvals are in line with Risk Policy.Prepare facility, exposure and relationship data as requested by bankers and coordinate with the network for annual review.Liaise with client Treasury Team to affirm Head Office support for new credit requests, ensuring all requirements under Citi's support policy are met.Act as the key point person for routine credit queries, negotiating credit documentation, and identifying solutions to client issues.Engage and collaborate with network and Product partners to identify opportunities for clients.Prepare presentations for support policy discussions with clients.Support the negotiation of credit documentation requirements.Prepare information for client presentations and relationship reviews.Assist Bankers in ad-hoc regulatory/data review exercises.Work closely with Product Partners and CRMS to ensure timely resolution of data exceptions.Ensure correct marketing hierarchy and legal structure for client portfolio.Work in partnership with multiple Products team to drive project completion.Lead product onboarding and maintenance for Banker Solo designated clients.Handle queries on TTS products for Banker Solo designated clients.Coordinate with Trade Implementations for documentation issuance.Support coordination of RFPS's.Coordinate with KYC Operations and AML on renewal and onboarding processes.Ensure KYC and AML controls are in place for all new client requirements.Identify new opportunities for enhancing current structure and revenue growth.Development ValueThis role will allow an individual to develop a good understanding of our client's organization and treasury functions, providing exposure to Citi's Corporate Banking business, its products, risk, and controls.
