Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support (50%)
* Assist in processing inquiries, including initial research and client follow-ups.
* Conduct market research on prospective clients and industry trends.
* Collaborate with the European sales team to qualify leads and identify opportunities.
Marketing Support (50%)
* Support the creation of marketing materials tailored for the Italian market.
* Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitive dynamics in Italy.
* Assist in organizing and preparing for trade shows and industry events across Europe.
* Manage and contribute to local digital campaigns (social media, newsletters, etc.).
Development into Sales Role:
* Participate in client consultations once adequately trained.
* Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts.
* Contribute to sales strategy planning for the Italian market.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering (or related field).
* Language: Native Italian speaker with proficiency in English. Working knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
* Skills:
o Strong communication and research skills.
o Excellent attention to detail.
o Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
o Strong business acumen and a natural ability to identify opportunities.
* Learning Mindset: Willing to learn about quality management, supply chains, and manufacturing across industries.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
