Closes the best opportunities based on market conditions and individual property needs. Your knowledge that matters most for this role: Experience in B2C Sales that includes all or some components of the sales process and/or upselling or cross-selling. Ideal candidates would have experience in a hospitality setting. Ability to effectively and efficiently utilize a variety of computer programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Prior working experience with a property management system, sales software is preferred. Experience with Delphi is a plus Must be able to travel as needed for client and site visits, which could be up to 30% or more per year.
