Directly reporting to the Plant Manager with a dotted line with Country HS Manager and Country Environmental Manager, you will have the chance to be the coordinator of a team of HS&E Specialists in a dynamic context. KEY RESPONSABILITIES
* You will ensure implementation and compliance with Health, Safety and Environment requirements according to Dlgs 152/2006 and Dlgs 81/2008.
* You will manage and coordinate routine to implement in the plant all internal HSE company requirements such as Kore, Group CCH requirements and relative Corrective action plan.
* You will be the first point of contact for all the internal activities regarding Health, Safety and Environment.
* You will edit and update the Risk Assessment to evaluate risks and to develop improvement plans.
* You will manage improvement plans regarding plant HS&E KPI such as injuries, near miss, BBS, Water usage ratio, energy usage ratio near loss etc.
* You will deal with stakeholders such as Authorities and Certification Bodies or local NGO’s.
* You will ensure implementation of the HSE management system according to the voluntary plant certifications such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, Alliance Water Stewardship AWS; Coca-Cola Corporate Audit and internal audit programme (Group and country driven).
* You will define monitor and implement Corrective action plan for any non-conformity related to HSE audit process.
* You will ensure reporting on a monthly basis according to Group EHS whitebook.
* You will actively work on the plant sustainability action plan to ensure Corporate Sustainable Report result disclosure according to Group Sustainable strategy.
* You will analyse EHS index.
* You will check external consultant activities.
* You will manage contractors access and activities.
* You will manage legal mandatory training and safety engagement campaign.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the role in high safety risk management and RSPP certification according to Dlgs.81/2008 and D.Lgs 152/06 smi.
* Good knowledge of HSE systems management, like ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, ISO 50001.
* Lead Auditor/trainer certification on above standard is nice to have.
* Strong leadership and experience with change management.
* Strong influencing skills.
* Strategic thinking.
* Problem solving skills.
* Strong experience with contractor’s management with special focus on the relationship between contractors and subcontractors.
* Fluent English knowledge.
* Certification for “formatori” in accordance with ASR 2011.
* Knowledge of title IV Dlgs 81/08 and s.m.i. for construction site activities.
* Knowledge of behavioural safety topics (BBS).
* Expertise in operational risk management (with focus on chemical and loading/unloading risk) and sustainability topics (biodiversity, environmental indicators, projects).
