YOUR MISSION
In this role you will be part of the Regions Team at Glovo Italy, working closely with the Head of Region and Account Management Team.
THE JOURNEY
11. Build and scout a prospect portfolio from scratch and negotiate with the best local restaurants in your city to deliver it to our customers
12. Lead from the front in closing deals, on-boarding them and ensuring a smooth transition from acquisition to account management for your city’s partners
13. Meet monthly objectives as defined by the Head of Region
14. Coordinate the Sales Plans defined together with the Head of Region and Account Management Team
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
15. At least, 3 years of experience in high-performance sales dealing with complex deals and senior stakeholders both internally and externally
16. Strong communication abilities with capacity to influence and drive change
17. Autonomy, proactivity and problem solving is a must!
18. Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills in assessing partner’s business data
19. Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer
20. Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
21. Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities
22. Business awareness and understanding of the food delivery industry trends is preferred
23. Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
