The person will be in charge of ensuring the completion of these projects within the established timelines, respecting the budget and quality requirements, and managing relationships with the internal stakeholders involved in the projects and potential suppliers.Key responsibilities: Analyze, together with the Academic Services Department offices, the needs and collaborate with Technology for feasibility assessment and selection of the most suitable intervention type.Define objectives and requirements for the projects in collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.Plan projects by setting phases, activities, and deadlines, taking into account available resources and dependencies between activities.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.Monitor the progress of projects, identifying any corrective actions needed.Manage project risks and evaluate mitigation strategies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and analysis of potential critical points.Monitor and manage the project budget, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.Coordinate testing and go-live phases of projects.Perform post-implementation evaluation of projects and identify possible improvement actions.RequirementsMaster's degree in scientific disciplines (Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science) or in Economics.3-5 years of professional experience in consulting firms or leading market companies in activities related to planning, organizing, managing, and monitoring high-complexity projects.In-depth knowledge of Agile Project Management principles and techniques, as well as Digital Transformation processes.Knowledge of educational and research processes in structured universities is a plus.Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, proven by study or work experiences abroad.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing internal clients and all stakeholders involved in projects.A comprehensive perspective combined with attention to detail, proactivity, energy for execution, and the ability to manage stress along with positive operational effectiveness.We offerOpportunities for professional development and training.Competitive salary package.A collaborative and purpose-driven environment.Smart working and flexible hours.To applyPlease send your CV in PDF format.
