Mission
In qualità di Beauty Advisor di Sephora Italia, la Beauty Community più amata del mondo, ti occuperai di:
1. Accogliere i clienti garantendo loro una shopping experience unica e memorabile: li fari sentire coccolati, ascoltati e consigliati al meglio.
2. Offrire consulenze personalizzate in base al tipo di cliente
3. Supportare lo Store Manager e gli Specialist nella gestione delle attività quotidiane
4. Contribuire attivamente al raggiungimento degli obiettivi dello Store (budget e target) adattandoti agli eventuali cambi di strategia e nuovi piani dazione stabiliti dai tuoi manager
5. Riordinare e gestire il magazzino e le delivery
6. Contribuire alla creazione di un forte spirito di squadra collaborando con i tuoi colleghi di team e instaurando un clima virtuoso
Background
7. Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferibilmente in contesti Retail multinazionali dinamici
8. Conoscenza dei principali KPIs del commercio
9. Empatia e dinamismo
10. Orientamento ai risultati
11. Predisposizione al lavoro in team.
