Description
We are currently seeking a Consolidation Controller as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
1. Collection and consolidation of reporting packages on monthly basis;
2. Preparation of internal financial monthly reporting;
3. Preparation of additional disclosures reporting for Consolidation Department;
4. Work closely with Kering Financial Shared Service Center to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities;
5. Review in detail of Balance Sheet and Cashflow and perform the related variance analysis;
6. Strong cooperation with Corporate Consolidation department;
7. Review the company’s accounting information and ensure respect of Group standards; resolve inaccuracies or imbalances (including IC balances)
8. Be a key interlocutor during the annual external audit process and support in the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements
9. Detailed review of Regional Tax Reporting (P&L and BS), also in cooperation with Corporate Tax Manager
10. Deal with ad-hoc queries on finance related matters and develop ad-hoc analysis for the business
Who you are:
11. Graduated in Business Administration, Management or similar.
12. 4/5 years’ experience in audit firms or structured companies, fashion industry is a plus.
13. Good knowledge of Accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards.
14. Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
15. Precise and accurate, commit to respect deadlines.
16. Advanced knowledge of Office, especially Excel and Power Point. Hyperion and SAP FMS knowledge.
17. Reliable, resilient, able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.
18. Capability of managing high volumes of data and work in autonomy, hands-on approach
