We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial and analytical Campaign Planner to control and coordinate, also operationally, the correct planning, execution and delivery of media campaigns, of assigned clients across on all platforms for a very large and very important client company. The ideal candidate brings expertise in digital media planning, with demonstrated experience in digital advertising.You will support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns from the preparation of media plans through to post-flight evaluations on how to grow the clients' business further. This role therefore requires keen eye for detail, proactivity and high organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure that campaign objectives are met while maintaining efficiency and scalability of our advertising operations.Key Responsabilities:• Develop and execute strategic digital media plans across Amazon's advertising solutions • Perform campaign setup including audience targeting, segment creation, and inventory management • Review campaign set-up and identify defects• Deliver campaign budgets and monitor performance to recommend optimisation recommendations and secure optimal return on ad spend• Execute technical campaign components including IO creation and deal setup • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and improve campaign effectiveness • Create detailed performance evaluation reports• Drive process improvements for campaign planning and optimization workflowsRequired Skills:• at least 1 year experience as campaign planners in media agencies• Experience with Video/Display programmatic advertising platforms (DV360, TTD The Trade Desk)• Experience with Amazon DSP platform (preferably)• Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights• Proficiency in media planning and budget management• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools• Business-proficiency English• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience• At least intermediate Microsoft Excel skillsExample tasks will include:Creation and execution of Media PlansCampaign performance monitoring, analyzing data and providing optimization recommendations to Account Managers.Credit and rebill submissionsBuilding custom target audiences based on defined segmentsGenerate in-flight and end of campaign reportsUndertake inventory checksDemand forecastingContractual agreement definitionsMarket Position & Competitive Advantages:The opportunity to shape high-budget advertising strategies reaching millions of customers and drive performance improvements for the diverse range of large-scale brands (e.g. Apple, Netflix, P&G etc) in one of the world's largest and fastest growing digital advertising platforms. Candidates will be at the forefront of digital advertising innovation, working with one of the world’s most sophisticated platforms.Unlike traditional advertising agency roles that focus on a single aspect of campaign management, candidates will gain exposure to the entire advertising ecosystem end to end from pitch to launch to evaluation; full-funnel from customer awareness through to conversion to loyalty; on both first-party and third-party platforms.The contractors will have a dedicated Senior Manager purely focused on contractors’ training, coaching, development, motivation, wellbeing, resource allocation, conflict resolution etc.Contractors will interact daily with Managers across the EU and so will need excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English. They will not however be expected to interact with external stakeholders.Contractors will need to be in-office for the first few weeks of onboarding as they undertake dedicated trainings, workshops, shadow and reverse-shadowing, however after this there are opportunities to be hybrid with 2/3 days of WFH if productivity is unaffected. Candidates will need to be full time, available for at least 40 hours per week. Core hours: 8:30am-5:30pm. Some flexibility around these hours if the workload is achieved.
