Aerosol therapy devices. Devices for the emanation of medical gases. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The person, reporting to the Sales Manager and within the Commercial Department, will be responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy for the hospital sector in Northern Italy, coordinating a team composed of Agents and Distributors. Activities: Manage and develop the customer portfolio, including public and private hospital facilities, home service providers, and distributors, by establishing and consolidating strong relationships with new and existing clients. Effectively supervise and lead the Sales Network (Agents and Distributors), working closely with the team to manage relationships with Hospitals, Doctors, and Clients. Prepare and conduct tenders, defining the relevant parameters. Ensure a constant flow of information on activities and results through the preparation of effective and concise reports. Actively participate in marketing and communication activities to promote products and company developments, in order to consolidate and strengthen the brand. Support Clients and other Functions in post-sales relationships. Are you a Match? Requirements: Degree in scientific subjects. Previous experience in the role of at least 4 years, preferably in structured multinational contexts operating in the Healthcare Hospital market (Mechanical Ventilation). Excellent negotiation skills, customer and results orientation, relationship building, and commercial strategy development. In-depth understanding of the healthcare market. Competence in strategic planning and budget management. Ability to analyze market data and turn it into concrete actions.
