Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the Industrial Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing VST’s labour relation strategy, guaranteeing positive employee relations within the organization. He/she plays a crucial role in promoting a harmonious work environment by addressing employee concerns, handling labour disputes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
He/she will act as the Industrial & Labour law single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.
Responsibilities:
* Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations as well as HR policies & procedures
* Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
* Degree in Labour Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in Industrial/Labour relations management
