Job Description
Gi Group SpA, Authorized Employment Agency (Min. Auth. 26/11/04 Prot. No. 1101-SG), is seeking a resource for an important university reality in the role of:
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and assist professors with lecture room management during graduation days, seminars, workshops.
* Welcome and support students.
* Monitor classrooms before lessons, assist with electronic devices.
* Interface between classroom and professors and technology team for specific support, such as addressing encountered problems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics.
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
* Excellent English language skills are essential.
* Desirable qualities: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactivity, problem-solving.
Employment Details:
* Duration: One-month assignment plus possible extensions.
* Part-time: 6 hours/day, Monday to Friday (morning shift from 8 am, afternoon shift from 2 pm).
* Remuneration: RAL 30,000 + Ticket: €8.
* Location: Milan (Porta Romana area).
