HSPI S.p.A., a company of the TXT Group, is looking for new professionals to join as Junior Enterprise Architects to expand and strengthen its team at the Rome office.
The role involves hybrid work and engagement with top-tier clients at both national and international levels.
Main Responsibilities:
Analysis and reengineering of IT and business processes with a continuous improvement approach;
Assessment of the application portfolio to define “Cloud Readiness,” prioritize migration, and evaluate organizational and economic impacts;
Participation in IT projects to support clients in identifying the best architectural solutions, planning activities, and monitoring projects;
Supporting the client’s Design Authority.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience, preferably in consulting firms or system integrators;
Knowledge of the IT solution lifecycle, experience in Functional Analysis and PMO activities;
Ability to understand client requirements and needs and identify the best solutions;
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture processes and experience in defining IT architectures/solutions;
Familiarity with Cloud architectures and services from major market players (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, etc.).
Educational Background:
Degree in STEM disciplines (Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics).
Soft Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to interact with various types and levels of stakeholders within client organizations;
Strong aptitude for coordinating Junior resources, with particular attention to team professional growth;
High level of organizational autonomy: goal-oriented and proactive approach.
