Join us in building something extraordinary from the ground up.Key Job ResponsibilitiesSpearhead cross-functional initiatives to deliver breakthrough performance metrics.Champion operational excellence across ATS and AMZL networks.Partner with Sort Center and AMZL leadership to implement process improvements.Lead strategic capacity planning and network optimization collaborating with SOP and partner teams.Design and execute business continuity strategies to ensure operational resilience.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in the shipping industry (5 years minimum)Experience in program or project managementExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsExperience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metricsExperience in supply chainExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsFluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience leading process improvementsExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
